Consultation

In the initial stages of a new project, Diane first strives to understand each client's goals for their space while assessing the unique characteristics of each site. This collaborative process between the client and the designer is how Diane begins to turn a client's image of their outdoor area into a project with a determined scope, size, and budget.

Installation

Experienced crews will begin creating hardscapes or installations that are necessary, from initial grading to constructing all the elements such as patio structures, BBQ’s, irrigation, plant material, etc. During this process, Diane stays in close communication with the customer to ensure that construction is going to plan.

Design

To ensure each custom project goes smoothly, Diane starts with conceptual drawings. She also creates CAD built design plans to enable clients to see the details and scope of their project as well as to give builders the tools they need for efficient construction.

Seasonal Maintenance

When spending this much time and effort on a landscape, it’s important to make sure it is properly maintained to ensure a client's investment will not deteriorate. For this reason, Gardens by Di offers her customers maintenance contracts, in order to maintain the landscape, as well as monitor irrigation, pests, fertilizers, weeds, and shrubs.
